Make up to $70/hour where your expertise is valued and your impact is seen. We're hiring a School-Based Occupational Therapist in San Jose, California for a maternity leave coverage from November 10, 2025 to December 29, 2025.
Contract Snapshot:
- Location: San Jose, CA (school-based, multiple sites possible)
- Dates: Nov 10, 2025 – Dec 29, 2025
- Schedule: School-day hours; full-time preferred, part-time considered
- Setting: K–12 (final caseload and sites confirmed at offer)

What You'll Do:
- Provide direct OT services per IEPs
- Conduct screenings and evaluations; contribute to IEP development
- Document services and progress on time
- Collaborate with teachers, related services, and families
- Support fine motor, visual-motor, sensory regulation, and school-based ADLs
What You'll Need:
- Active California OT license
- Recent school-based or pediatric experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to manage a rotating caseload and meet school timelines
Nice to Have:
- Experience with assistive technology and sensory integration
- Comfort traveling between nearby school sites
Compensation and Logistics:
- Up to $70/hour depending on experience (W-2 or 1099)
