Apprentice Service Technicians are expected to learn how to perform with professional competence as it relates to quality of work, product knowledge, and customer service.This position is an entry-level position, intended to introduce employees to the demands and responsibilities of a Service Technician 1. This position will be evaluated on the ability to quickly learn and master the duties and responsibilities of a Service Technician within 1-2 years.The duties listed below are intended only as illustrations of the various types of work that may be performed.
