Job Description:

• MUST be accustomed to rigorous upper body movement for six or more hours of the shift along with fast product flow will likely find this role rewarding.

• Use of hands to grip latex catheters to separate from metal forms.
• Roles requires upper body strength and gripping catheters for the duration of the shift.
• Able to lift minimum of 20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs.
• Able to sit, stand, and/or walk duration of shift (shift may be 8, 10 or 12 hours)
• Ability to read and comprehend written documents in English language
• Ability to write and speak English to convey safety and quality opportunities
• Ability to report to work on time, work duration of shift
• Ability to communicate using verbal and nonverbal means to build and sustain positive work relationships
• Ability to work and learn more than one job role
• May require use of automated manufacturing equipment

• Performs any combination of tasks involved in the fabrication, manufacture, assembly, testing and packaging of medical devices as well as setting up, operating, performing maintenance on and troubleshooting equipment. May conduct quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications.
• Works within clearly defined SOPs and / or scientific methods and adheres to quality guidelines.

Qualification & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One (1) to two (2) year of manufacturing assembly experience.
• Effective communication skills at a level co-workers and Team Lead/Supervisor can understand.
• Ability to read, write, interpret and comprehend specifications written in English and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to use basic tools of measurement, such as microscopes.
• Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours and report to work on a regular, punctual basis.
• Has good attention to detail
• Ability to get along with people and be able to work in a team environment.
• Willingness to rotate into different tasks and responsibilities.
