Sr Oncology Specialist - Orlando, FL (Emerald)

Senior Oncology Specialist – Territory: Orlando and surrounding cities (Kissimmee, Lake Wales, DeLand, Lakeland) No relocation assistance provided for this position. Responsibilities Create and execute a comprehensive territory plan, including delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and achieving or exceeding sales targets. Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, including ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts. Craft an effective marketing strategy to aid in driving sales. Analyze the effectiveness of sales activities and territory plans, and develop territory plans with your District Manager. Maintain passion for our products throughout the sales cycle while building the brand and focusing on patient service. Partner with colleagues to share best practices and continue learning. Leverage passion for oncology and disease‑state awareness, industry changes, and competitive dynamics to deliver agreed results. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare or scientific field that is not sales related. Or Associate degree with 6 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare or scientific field that is not sales related. Or High school diploma / GED with 8 years of sales experience and/or clinical experience in healthcare or scientific field that is not sales related. Preferred Qualifications Preferred experience in oncology. Three or more years of sales and/or marketing experience within pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or medical device industries. Experience in product or hospital sales in oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, inflammation, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology, or infectious diseases. Local market knowledge. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration. Adaptability with core competencies: planning and organizing; leveraging business, industry, and technical knowledge; communicating with impact; driving for results; cultivating internal and external relationships. Compensation The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is $158,727 to $177,179 . Actual salary will vary based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
