Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads is highly valued
• Solid understanding of IEP process, assessment procedures, and therapy techniques for varied speech-language needs
• Strong communication skills and collaborative approach with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with each student’s IEP goals
• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy strategies as needed for optimal results
• Document sessions, maintain accurate clinical records, and contribute insights at IEP meetings
• Provide resources, education, and guidance to classroom teachers and families to support student success
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and integrated educational support
