Burtness Chevrolet is looking for a customer-focused, organized Service Advisor to join our team at our Orfordville location. If you enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being the bridge between customers and technicians, this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and serve as their main point of contact throughout the service process
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
• Create repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
• Provide updates to customers on vehicle status and timelines
• Handle billing, payments, and warranty information
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort using dealership software
• Previous automotive or service advisor experience preferred, but not required—we will train the right person
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-first mindset
