About the Role


Healthcare Staffing Professionals is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for an immediate hybrid position based in San Diego, CA. This unique opportunity combines office-based responsibilities with meaningful fieldwork, allowing you to make a direct impact on client care through home visits while maintaining a structured office presence at our San Diego headquarters.


This position offers the flexibility of a Monday through Friday schedule with standard business hours, providing excellent work-life balance. You will have the opportunity to develop diverse nursing skills across multiple care settings, building relationships with clients in their homes while contributing to collaborative team efforts at our office location. This role is ideal for a nursing professional who values variety in their workday and wants to experience both community-based care and administrative healthcare operations.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional home visits to provide nursing care and assessments to clients in the community
• Perform office-based nursing duties and administrative responsibilities at the San Diego headquarters
• Utilize personal vehicle for client visits and submit monthly mileage reimbursement claims
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for all client interactions and care provided
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care
• Adapt to varying care environments and client needs with professionalism and compassion

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Reliable personal vehicle for field visits to client locations
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with 30-minute lunch break, or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1-hour lunch break
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage both field and office responsibilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing home visits
