Analyst/Associate

About the Role The industrial analyst will have primary responsibility for financial analysis and modeling across industrial acquisitions, industrial development, and Industrial Outdoor Storage. The candidate will have expertise in Argus Enterprise, Excel, PowerPoint, and AI applications. The position offers a high‑potential career path with direct exposure to the executive team and ad hoc projects for principals and partners. Key Responsibilities Maintain industrial acquisition and portfolio management models for underwriting, projection, reporting, and valuation purposes Create detailed asset‑level reporting and investment committee memoranda as necessary Assist in the due diligence and closing process for new acquisitions/developments Assist in the preparation of materials for capital partners Create effective written and multimedia presentations to communicate with lenders and investors Perform detailed market research and analysis Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree from a top‑tier university 1‑3 years of commercial real estate and underwriting experience with a developer/owner or advisory firm High proficiency in Excel, Argus, and AI agents such as Claude Eagerness to work hard in a less structured, small‑team environment Solution‑oriented with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and add value Strong written and verbal communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr Triten Real Estate Partners
