Turner Bellows Inc. is a fast growing manufacturing company looking for a reliable, detail oriented Quality Manager to ensure that all external and internal quality requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality team in daily issues including in the process of analyzing customer concerns, internal scrap, and other forms of waste related to quality.
• Work with supply chain to ensure quality goals are met by vendors. This includes vendor qualifications, material RMA process for non-conforming material, tracking of root cause analysis both internally and externally, partnering with internal engineering and vendors to identify critical process controls and implement any required changes.
• Oversee quality containment activities on raw material, sub assemblies or finished goods as required to ensure root cause analysis is completed and corrective action plans are clearly identified and executed.
• Provide recommendations to Sr. Management and lead action plans. This includes managing people, resources, quality training, and processes.
• Participate in the development of the company’s strategic planning, vision, mission and values and desired culture
• Oversee all quality audits, maintain records of the audit, and coordinate response/closure to findings
• Support, monitor and continually improve all quality systems
• Maintain documentation to ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Update incoming and final part inspection or reports and maintain part files and documentation
• Perform new part first article and ensure supplier inspection data and C of C are adequate to Customer standards

Skills

• Proven experience as a quality assurance manager or relevant role
• Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
• Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
• Outstanding communication skills
