Senior Estimator

Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Senior Estimator to join our Estimating department. Key Responsibilities: Lead pursuit teams in preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bid proposals Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates, including takeoffs for labor, materials, and equipment with an emphasis on structural concrete work Apply pragmatic analysis of the overall project execution process to ensure the estimate reflects the efficient execution of the project Analyze market conditions, competition and pricing strategies Lead and mentor junior Estimators Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or related field. 6+ years of estimating experience.
