COO / Interim CEO (Los Angeles)

As the Founding Chief Operating Officer (COO) / Interim CEO , you will work directly with the Founders to help build, commercialize, and scale SetRents into a leading property management software platform.
You will provide executive leadership across fundraising, operations, sales, marketing, strategic partnerships, and business development while helping establish the company's long-term vision and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the company's $3M+ Seed fundraising initiative and manage investor relationships.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic investors.
- Develop and execute the company's commercialization and go-to-market strategy.
- Build and lead the sales and marketing organization.
- Develop a repeatable sales process and scalable revenue operations.
- Establish strategic partnerships that accelerate customer acquisition and business growth.
- Hire and mentor key leadership team members.
- Secure enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
- Develop the roadmap for the company's future Series A fundraising.
- Work closely with the Founder to execute the company's long-term vision and operational strategy.
- Represent SetRents with investors, customers, partners, and at industry events.
