- Required 1 weekend shift
- Days and evening shifts available
- Weekends, evenings, and holidays are required
- Plan and implement Front Desk Sales Associate training; in-the-moment coaching, role-playing, and training are essential for the success of the Front Desk Team
- Stay updated on all services, products, and promotions, and be diligent in setting an example for your team
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set individual team member and overall Retreat goals; create plans and convert plans into action to meet and exceed goals
- Lead by example, demonstrating the ability to achieve personal as well as team goals
- At least 1-year face-to-face sales or membership sales
- At least 1-year experience in training, coaching, and conflict resolution
- Capacity to develop positive relationships with employees to manage coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of computers and standard software
- Basic business math skills
- Must be able to work varied hours to include weekends, evenings, holidays, etc.
