Director of Recruitment – Healthcare Staffing
Brooklyn, NY | Full-Time | $120,000 Salary + Benefits
A respected regional healthcare staffing agency is seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Recruitment to lead talent acquisition operations, strengthen client relationships, and build a high-performing recruiting team. This is a key leadership role for a results-driven professional with deep experience in healthcare recruitment, staffing, HR service delivery, and team development .
The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in recruitment management , healthcare staffing solutions , and client service leadership , with the ability to combine innovative technology, operational excellence, and a people-first approach.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead recruitment strategy and daily operations for healthcare staffing
Build, coach, and manage a recruitment team
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients
Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, and placement processes
Improve recruiting workflows, efficiency, and service delivery
Use technology and creative solutions to support growth and performance
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience
Proven leadership or team management experience
Experience in healthcare staffing, healthcare recruitment, or HR services preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work full-time from our Brooklyn office
