**Required Experience and Skills:** - **Epic Experience:** Required within the last 12 months and must be detailed on the submission profile. - **Travel Experience:** Required. - **1 Year Experience:** Circulator experience is required; PACU experience is preferred. - **Charting System Experience:** Required with Allscripts. **Licensure and Certifications:** - **License:** Active TN or compact license. - **Certifications:** - BLS (Basic Life Support) - ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support - preferred) **Technical and Procedure Skills:** - Proficiency in various surgical procedures such as Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Arthroscopy, Cholecystectomy, Colonoscopy, and more. - Experience with robotic systems and specific surgical procedures like Da Vinci Xi Surgical System and Mako Surgical System. **Preferred Experience:** - Community Hospital Experience - Epic competency exam pass (only one attempt allowed) **General Requirements:** - **COVID-19 Vaccine:** Required (medical/religious exemptions allowed). - **Flu Vaccine:** Required (no exemptions). - A minimum of 2 years of experience is required unless otherwise specified. - Must pass the Epic competency exam; failure results in cancellation. - Candidates should possess all necessary certifications listed by submission time. - Two supervisory references required by submission time.
