- **Certifications for RNs**: NRP, ACLS, BLS, AWHONN Intermediate (not advanced) or CEFM - **Certifications for OR Techs**: FA certification - **Experience Required**: Must have 2 years L&D experience - **Advanced Skills for RNs**: Care of the laboring patient, care of the newborn immediately after delivery, circulate and recover c/s patients - **Documentation System**: CPN, Meditach
