Qualifications Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology Current WA State SLP License Key Responsibilities Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement IEP goals and individualized treatment plans. Provide direct speech and language therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Monitor progress and maintain required documentation. Participate in IEP meetings and educational planning. Provide consultation and communication strategies to staff and families. Support the use of AAC and assistive technology as needed. Maintain therapy materials and comply with state and district requirements.
