Eaton Dental is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our Beaver Dam team. Dental hygienist

Provide thorough dental hygiene care including patient screening, cleanings, and preventative treatments
Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care tailored to their individual needs
Collaborate effectively with dentists and office staff to ensure smooth and efficient patient care
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with dental regulations
Uphold high standards of infection control, safety, and sanitation protocols
Communicate clearly and compassionately to address patient concerns and promote positive experiences
Participate actively in continuing education and stay up-to-date with the latest dental hygiene practices
Support the growth and success of the practice through professionalism and a positive attitude

part-time $40 - $50 per hour

Monday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Basic life support
• Dentrix
• Driver’s license
• Experienced Dental Hygienist (1+ years)
• General Dentistry
• Licensed dental hygienist
• X-ray / Radiography Certification

Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care
Entry-level candidates welcome; willingness to learn and grow within the practice
Knowledge of dental hygiene procedures and patient screening techniques
