Analyst, Asset Management

We are looking for an Asset Management Analyst to support MTA’s ongoing IT Asset Management operations and State of Good Repair (SOGR) lifecycle initiatives . This is a great opportunity for someone with experience or a strong foundation in IT asset tracking, inventory management, logistics, desktop support, and ServiceNow . Analyze IT asset data and identify gaps, duplicates, and data-quality issues Validate hardware inventories across multiple locations Maintain accurate and complete asset records in ServiceNow Reconcile physical inventory against system records Track IT assets throughout the full lifecycle, from procurement through retirement/disposal Support SOGR lifecycle, large-scale deployment, and equipment recovery initiatives Coordinate asset assignments, movements, and recoveries with IT field teams and end users Research device models and hardware standards for refresh/replacement planning Generate reports for compliance, audits, and executive oversight Assist with implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules What We’re Looking For 1–2 years of experience in logistics, desktop engineering/support, IT hardware/software, or a related area Familiarity with ServiceNow or other asset management platforms Exposure to IT Asset Management and lifecycle management Experience with inventory tracking/reconciliation and data analysis is a plus Desktop support and logistics experience are highly desirable Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to support large-scale equipment deployment and recovery activities This opportunity may be a particularly good fit for early-career IT professionals with hands-on hardware, desktop support, inventory, or IT logistics experience who want to build their career in IT Asset Management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
