Product Manager

Product Manager:

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for a portfolio of technical products. This role will work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to drive innovation, market growth, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and launch of new products aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, forecasts, and strategic plans based on market trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis.

• Partner with engineering teams to translate product strategies into actionable development projects.

• Build and present business cases for new product investments and initiatives.

• Identify growth opportunities within existing markets and emerging industries.

• Support sales and marketing efforts through product training, value proposition development, and go-to-market strategies.

• Manage cross-functional projects to ensure successful product launches and achievement of key milestones.

• Develop pricing strategies and maintain pricing tools for new and existing products.

• Monitor product performance throughout the product lifecycle and recommend improvements as needed.

• Drive initiatives focused on cost reduction, quality enhancement, lead-time improvements, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business development, or sales within a manufacturing or technical industry.

• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing product development initiatives.

• Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills.

• Experience working with technical products, engineering documentation, and manufacturing processes.

• Knowledge of government or military specifications is a plus.

Base salary: $140k-$200k with full benefits including health, life, dental and vision. 401K and discretionary bonus

Pay Details: $170,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
