Are you passionate about crafting delightful experiences and mixing up the perfect drinks? As a Bartender, you'll be at the heart of our vibrant lounge and bar scene, where every shift is an opportunity to create memorable moments for our guests.

KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the Life of the Party: Serve up smiles and expertly crafted beverages, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Master Mixologist: Use your creativity to concoct new drink recipes and present them with flair, turning every order into a masterpiece.
Problem-Solving Pro: Tackle challenges with ease, finding solutions that keep the good times rolling.
Customer Service Star: Handle even the most emotional situations with grace, ensuring every guest leaves happy.
Cash Handling Guru: Manage transactions with precision and integrity, keeping our operations smooth and secure.
Team Player: Work alongside a dynamic team, contributing to a fun and efficient environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

A few months of related experience or training.
Alcohol Awareness Certification (must comply with state regulations).
Strong communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.

PROPERTY INFORMATION:

Just two blocks from the Pennsylvania Convention Center, the Sheraton Philadelphia Downtown is walking distance to Love Park, the Franklin Institute, and the iconic Philadelphia Museum of Art. Guests can take advantage of our newly renovated fitness center equipped with Peloton bikes. Relax at our welcoming Terrace restaurant or bar and coffee shop, the Local. Our 759 reimagined guest rooms feature comfortable beds that invite guests to wind down after a busy day, as well as fantastic views of the Benjamin Franklin Parkway, a scenic boulevard that runs through the cultural heart of Philadelphia. For meetings, our planning and banquet staff transform our 58,000 square feet of flexible event space into the perfect venue for conventions, board meetings, or any occasion anyone wants to celebrate.
