Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks focused on delivering exceptional support. Key responsibilities include: Responding professionally and efficiently to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and digital messaging platforms. Providing clear and accurate information regarding pharmacy benefits, claims, and available health solutions. Assisting customers with problem-solving and resolving any issues they may encounter in a timely and empathetic manner. Maintaining detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions in our company database. Collaborating with internal departments, including care coordination and pharmacy teams, to manage and resolve complex customer cases. Adhering strictly to data protection and confidentiality policies to ensure the security of sensitive customer information. Consistently meeting or exceeding established performance metrics and quality assurance standards. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need a combination of experience, skills, and personal attributes. The essential qualifications include: Proven experience in a customer-facing service role. Experience within the healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance sectors is highly advantageous. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly and concisely. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities, with a genuine desire to help others. A high degree of professionalism, patience, and empathy when dealing with sensitive situations. Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a remote environment. Proficiency in using standard office software and a strong capacity to learn new systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
