Minimum Requirements

• Active California Pharmacy Technician state license required. (State license required for CA and OR.)
• Prior pharmacy technician experience, including medication history taking and medication reconciliation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required. Associate or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
• Pharmaceutical Technician Board certification and PTCB preferred.
• Ability to work variable shifts with earliest shift start as early as 06:00 and latest shift end as late as 23:30.

Preferred Qualifications

• Medication reconciliation experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Experience with structured clinical workflows and communicating medication discrepancies to prescribers preferred.

• Shift type: Flex shifts.
• Weekly hours: 40.
• Shift window: Variable; earliest shift may begin at 06:00 and latest shift may end at 23:30.
