ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2019 after working as a State Farm team member since 2016, and today I lead a team of seven in the only female-owned State Farm agency in Central Oregon. I'm local to the area and deeply connected to the community we serve. Outside of work, you'll usually find me hiking, waterfall hunting, spending time near the water, floating the river, reading (I average about 200 books a year), or heading to a concert. I'm married, have a cat, and truly value balance and enjoying life outside the office.

Community involvement is a big part of who we are. We're actively involved with the Opportunity Foundation and Every Child, including organizing drives to support foster children during the holidays. We also work closely with Guardian Group and BNI members, founded our BNI chapter in 2019, and stay engaged through the local Chamber of Commerce.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jessica Anderson - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
