Title: Compliance Analyst
Location: Atlanta Metro (2 days per week on site)
Pay: Up to $110k
Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, 401k, and more
Our industry-leading client are seeking a Compliance Analyst to work in a hybrid capacity in the Atlanta Metro area.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience supporting HR auditing, compliance, reporting, and oversight processes
- HRIS experience, preferably with Workday or UKG
- Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Ability to identify trends, findings, and potential compliance gaps within HR data
- Experience developing reports and communicating findings to leadership teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with HR leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience presenting data-driven insights and recommendations to business leaders
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
- Flexibility to support Pacific Time business hours as needed
