Job Description Aspirus Health is seeking an Anesthesiologist to join our collaborative team in Duluth. Position Highlights Highly collaborative and flexible anesthesia team 12 weeks of vacation per year Call schedule: 1:11 rotation Weeknight rotation: 4:00 PM - 7:00 AM (1:11) Practice Environment Level II Trauma Center Diverse case mix including: Ambulatory procedures Orthopedics Urology Vascular surgery CT surgery ENT and healthy pediatric cases Open heart surgery No transplant cases Clinical Responsibilities Perform epidurals, nerve blocks, and central line placements Work in a collaborative care model with CRNAs 80% CRNA oversight and team-based care 20% independent practice Partner with a highly skilled pre-operative team to support efficient, high-quality patient care This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established anesthesia service with strong team collaboration, a broad clinical scope, and an excellent work-life balance.
