If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing production, actioning orders, generating rosters + much more! Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate: Fresh food retail knowledge is preferred, but not essential Ability to supervise a team An understanding of ordering, cost control and gross profit will be an advantage Accurate team member rostering will be an advantage Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach Unparalleled commitment to customer service Excellent communication skills Ability to liaise with both team members and management A flair for merchandising Commitment to work health and safety standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Drakes Supermarkets
