Barnes Aerospace CRO division is seeking a TIG Welder to join our team in Ohio. The ideal candidate will partner with division leaders to implement processes to grow the business and drive cost reduction, bringing a solid background in TIG welding on thin material and a commitment to continuous process improvement. Hours are 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Friday through Sunday. You will work from drawings and templates, ensure parts pass inspection, and complete paperwork to track parts through the welding #J-18808-Ljbffr BARNES
