On-Call CaregiverEarn Significant Income with Flexible On-Call Shifts

HHA or CNA certification desired (strong experience with seniors considered if non-certified). On-Call Caregivers have potential to earn significant income through full-time work, overtime, flat-rate on-call stipends, bonuses, and more.

Main Function

Be available outside regular business hours to fill last-minute call-outs and urgent client needs. Assist clients with activities of daily living in their homes while delivering quality, safe care.

On-Call Responsibilities

• Agree to specific On-Call hours/days

• Receive stipend for being On-Call plus hourly wage for hours worked

• Return all calls within 15 minutes during On-Call period (may be called anytime, including overnight)

• Be able to leave for a client within 30 minutes of receiving a call

• Accept all assignments during On-Call period, regardless of location (includes assisted living and hospice)

• Forfeit stipend if unable to comply

• Maintain reliable transportation, email access, and clean insured vehicle

• Follow all care plans, documentation, confidentiality, and PPE requirements

• Perform all HHA/CNA/PCA job duties

• Prepare meals and assist with errands
