Job Description

We are seeking an experienced AEM Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital experience platforms. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM Sites, AEM Assets, and AEM as a Cloud Service, with strong experience in Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java, REST APIs, and CI/CD practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Adobe architecture discovery and technical inception workshops.
Design scalable, secure, and high-performing AEM solutions and integration architectures.
Identify and assess architecture, integration, identity, content, and data requirements.
Create solution blueprints and conduct architecture reviews.
Integrate AEM with enterprise platforms including CRM, e-commerce, Adobe Experience Cloud, and third-party systems.
Drive performance optimization, deployment automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership throughout delivery.
Support pre-sales activities, solutioning, and client engagements.

Required Skills:

Deep expertise in AEM Sites, Assets, and AEM Cloud Service
Apache Sling, OSGi, HTL/Sightly, Java
REST APIs and enterprise integrations
Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
CI/CD, DevOps, Security, and Performance Optimization
Architecture governance, stakeholder management, and team leadership

Experience: 10+ years in AEM and enterprise digital experience architecture.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is 124543 - 153500

Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
