Milwaukee Valve Company is looking for an Electrician II to join our Prairie Du Sac, WI team in Department 270.

Employee Testimonial Commercial Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
- Have the ability to read blueprints, schematic/wiring drawings.
- Have the ability to trouble shoot basic PLC operations.
- Have the ability to install and maintain all wiring and lighting systems with help from other qualified maintenance personnel.
- Have the ability to inspect electrical components, such as transformers, circuit breakers, and circuit boards with help from other maintenance personnel.
- Have the ability to identify some electrical problems with a variety of testing equipment.
- Have the ability to repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures using hand and power tools with help from other qualified maintenance.
- Must follow state and local building regulations based on the National Electric Code.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the department in a prescribed manner.
- Required to have some basic types of electrician tools needed to perform their assigned tasks.
- All work is subject to final inspection.
- Requires ability to work with other maintenance personnel to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring or equipment.
- Will be required if needed to work in the Foundry and work some split shifts on occasions.
- Working knowledge of 240-V 3 phase 110-volt AC & DC.
- Other duties as assigned.
