Learning Management System Project AnalystThe client is implementing a new enterprise learning management system. This system provides a single source for all training and education for all employees and external partners. MaineIT seeks to create documentation and content for its processes and procedures that will be made available to all MaineIT staff in learning management system. MaineIT will offer this service to other State agencies as they are brought into the system.The ideal candidate will have previous experience managing/maintaining a Learning Management System including user management, content management, and system updates. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to bring others along with a new system implementation. As a Systems Analyst, they should possess knowledge of the limitations and capabilities of computer systems, applications, and various information technologies. They will have the ability to analyze systems and procedures, to write and revise standards and procedures, to communicate effectively, and to train others. The Learning Management System project will be a priority, but this Systems Analyst will also work on other OIT projects as needed.Experience Required: 5+ years related industry experience. Preferred Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent working experience in business analytics/communications. Organizational Change Management skills, ability to bring along stakeholders and end users within the project.
