What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a proven automotive Sales Manager who:

• Has previous automotive sales management experience / finance manager or time in the business with a drive to learn and proven track record of success. 

• Has a demonstrated history of sales volume and gross performance

• Understands deal structure, desking, inventory, and profitability

• Knows how to coach and develop salespeople

• Can create accountability without creating a negative culture

• Understands the importance of appointments, follow-up, and pipeline management

• Leads from the front and sets the standard for the team

• Is competitive, driven, and results-oriented

• Is organized and process-driven

• Takes pride in the customer experience

• Wants to build a long-term career—not simply collect a paycheck
