THE JOB:

As a Runner & Stocker inside The Cosmopolitan Employee Dining Room, you will juggle multiple responsibilities both behind the scenes and on the front of house floor. Your accommodating personality and ability to balance needs of a diverse clientele will be a welcome supporting facilitating a dining operation that is fun, efficient, and polished without pretense. THE STARTING RATE: $19.9307/ Hourly THE DAY-TO-DAY:

1. Properly receive and store goods and products using proper rotation and organization. Break down and dispose of boxes and packaging afterwards to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
2. Ensure all receiving paperwork is neatly and accurately organized for management.
3. Take inventory of products in designated storage areas and communicate with management accordingly.
4. Effectively move and transport goods and products between multiple hotel locations with efficiency and in accordance with workplace ergonomics.
5. Replenish and maintain proper levels of product throughout the venue.
6. Ability to move and/or consolidate product from one vessel to another (i.e. large format bulk prepped product into smaller containers for service).
7. Ability to assist in restocking products for the venue.
8. Wipe down and restock table condiments and service ware in venue as needed.
9. Collaborate, create and follow prep and par lists to ensure proper amounts of product are transferred.
10. Wrap, label and date all food product in accordance with SNHD standards.
11. Work cleanly and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in accordance with SNHD guidelines.
12. Maintain a true understanding of the food regulations with the ability to recite upon request and assist in the training of new employees as requested.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• 6+ Months of Prior Relevant Experience in a high-volume restaurant establishment.
• Previous busser/server assistant experience. Preferred
