Position Summary The Shop Administrator acts as an advisor, coordinating vehicle service requests, communicating repair information, creating work orders, and assisting with invoicing and billing. This role is critical to ensuring efficient shop operations and excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist with service inquiriesCreate and manage repair orders and work requestsCommunicate repair recommendations, estimates, and updates to customersCoordinate scheduling and workflow between technicians and managementMaintain accurate service records and documentationProcess invoicing, billing, and payment transactionsOrder and track parts as neededAnswer phones, emails, and customer questions professionallyAssist with inventory tracking and administrative tasksEnsure customer information and service records remain accurate and up to date
