Regulatory Analyst

Job Description Summary:
- Review and analyze newly introduced legislation affecting DPMC's authority
- Legal research related to statutory and regulatory amendments and construction and design industry policy issues
- Research and draft proposed new regulations and amendments to regulations with impact to DPMC or its stakeholders
- Manage legal and administrative review process for new or amended regulations
- Work towards expertise in DPMC's policy objectives to ensure cohesion with regulation and published policies
- Research and draft publications, guidance documents, fact sheets and reports related to DPMC policy objectives
- Aid in the development of training materials and interactive education sessions on regulatory matters
- Collaborate and foster DPMC stakeholder and Treasury and external partner relationships
- Planning and participating in conferences, public hearings, listening sessions, and other public events
