Artificial Intelligence Implementation Manager

Clayton Services is searching for an AI Implementation Manager to join a growing and innovative company in Houston, Texas. The AI Implementation Manager will be responsible for leading the strategy, development, and deployment of artificial intelligence solutions that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Develop and execute enterprise-level AI strategies aligned with business objectives Build and maintain AI-powered tools, agents, and automated workflow Develop and manage API integrations Design the interface and logic for employees to interact with AI tools Identify and prioritize AI use cases that deliver measurable impact across departments Lead full lifecycle AI initiatives from concept through deployment and optimization Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, finance, and leadership Oversee integration of AI tools into existing systems and workflows Manage vendor relationships and evaluate third-party AI technologies Establish performance metrics, track adoption, and measure ROI of AI initiatives Drive change management efforts to ensure successful user adoption Provide training and guidance to internal stakeholders on AI capabilities Implement governance frameworks addressing data privacy, compliance, and ethical AI use Build reporting structures to monitor effectiveness and scalability of AI programs Other duties and special projects as assigned AI Implementation Manager Skills and Abilities: Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts including automation, predictive analytics, NLP, and LLMs Ability to translate technical solutions into business value Proven experience managing cross-functional projects Strong program and project management capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Experience driving organizational change and technology adoption High level of organization with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously AI Implementation Manager Education and Experience: 5 - 10+ years of experience in AI, technology implementation, or digital transformation Experience leading enterprise-level projects Hands‑on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments preferred Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Experience with data infrastructure and MLOps environments is a plus Background in regulated industries is a plus Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred AI Implementation Manager - Immediate need.
