Job Posting Title:Senior Engineering Manager, Software Development - Adobe VideoThe RoleWe are the Adobe Pro Video group, responsible for building next generation professional video editing solutions and workflows. We are enabling customers of Adobe's video apps (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder) to successfully create videos across the world by using modern user interface solutions. Our tools are used by Hollywood, major news outlets, social media influencers (YouTube / Instagram), and creatives all over the world.What you'll doAs the senior engineering manager of the team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring the development team which delivers shared user interface solutions for our world class technology stack for video editing. You will also collaborate across teams, partnering with Product Management, Marketing, Design and Program Management team members. Driving the effort from a process perspective, as well as strategically determining the best approaches for delivering high value and high quality solutions for Premiere Pro customers, is a significant portion of this role. The U.S. pay range for this position is $147,900 -- $293,250 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $202,500 - $293,250 In Washington, the pay range for this position is $178,200 - $258,000 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
