About the Role:
Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Technician at Lawn Doctor of Fenton-Wildwood-Oakville-Imperial! We are committed to providing top-notch lawn care services to our valued customers in Valley Park, MO.
Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn treatments including fertilization, weed control, and pest management.
- Assess customer lawns and provide tailored care plans to enhance their health.
- Operate and maintain lawn care equipment safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to explain services and answer questions.
- Document services performed and customer interactions accurately.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational goals.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care practices and equipment operation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
