We are seeking dependable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are willing to travel to different manufacturing facilities throughout the region. IMPORTANT: This is a REGIONAL position, NOT a single-location job. Most current assignments are in Bowling Green, Ohio, with additional projects expected in Blissfield, Michigan. Employees must be willing to travel to different job sites as business needs change. Job ResponsibilitiesInspect manufactured parts and products for defects and quality concerns.Sort, count, and organize materials according to customer specifications.Perform repackaging, assembly, and light production duties.Identify and separate defective products.Follow inspection procedures and maintain accurate counts.Work alongside team members to meet production and quality expectations.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.Pay & Benefits1st Shift: $15.00/hour2nd & 3rd Shift: $16.00/hourOvertime: Time and a half after 40 hours worked.WEEKEND BONUS: All hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays are paid at time and a half!Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile for qualifying travel.Required personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided.Travel Requirements - PLEASE READ This position requires employees to travel throughout the Toledo region, including Bowling Green, Napoleon, and Southeastern Michigan.Reliable personal transportation is REQUIRED.Travel up to 40 miles round trip is not reimbursed.Required travel of 41 miles or more round trip qualifies for reimbursement at $0.50 per mile.Current assignments are primarily located in Bowling Green, OH.Future assignments may include Blissfield, MI, and other surrounding communities.Employees must be flexible with changing job site locations.If you are only interested in working at one permanent location, this position may not be the right fit. QualificationsReliable transportation and willingness to travel are REQUIRED.Must be dependable and have excellent attendance.Strong attention to detail.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Comfortable working in manufacturing and industrial environments.Must be willing to follow all safety and quality procedures.Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, or quality inspection experience is preferred but not required.Must meet applicable background screening requirements.Dress Code & SafetyWork pants or jeans without holes or tears.Appropriate, professional work shirt.Required PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and vests, is provided.Company shirts may be provided after the first 1-2 weeks.APPLY TODAY!
