What You'll Do

• Provide patient care for individuals undergoing complex cardiac procedures including coronary intervention, TAVR, MitraClip, and peripheral vascular treatments
• Support cath lab activities: circulating, scrubbing, and hemodynamic monitoring
• Administer vasoactive drugs and sedation with sterile technique
• Support patients with critical conditions such as STEMI, cardiogenic shock, and total occlusions
• Assist with advanced equipment including Impella, Rotoblater, IABP, Laser, and Atherectomy devices
• Float between Willis Knighton Pierremont and Bossier, and backup at WKMC North for more complex procedures
• Complete documentation using Meditech Expanse EMR and operate Philips imaging systems

What You Need

• Required:
  • Louisiana RN license and valid driver's license
  • BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
  • 3+ years RN experience with significant Cath Lab background
  • Ability to scrub, monitor, and circulate across cardiac and peripheral vascular procedures
  • Experience with vasoactive drugs, critical assessments, and advanced cardiac equipment
• Preferred:
  • RCIS certification
  • Hemodynamic monitoring skills
  • Experience with Merge monitoring systems and ancillary devices (IVUS, EKOS, FFR, Laser)
