• Licenses/Certs: Wisconsin Medical License (or willing to obtain), Board Certified in Urology
• Experience: Completion of Urology residency; preferred in a Urology fellowship if eligible

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Rate: $3,042

What You'll Do:

• Provide 24-hour on-call urology coverage at St. Mary's Hospital Madison
• Perform general urology procedures, including stent placement, ureteroscopy, and stone removal
• Manage adult patients (age 18+) in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with clinical staff and support providers, following hospital protocols
• Document patient care using EPIC EMR system
• Support the Urology Department during scheduled call shifts
• Ensure compliance with hospital and department policies

What You Need:

• MD or DO license in Wisconsin (or willingness to obtain)
• Board Certified in Urology (or in a Urology fellowship if permitted)
• General urology surgical skills competency
• Ability to work 24-hour call shifts and variable weekday hours
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Urology experience preferred
