Job Opportunity

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MRI Technologist to join our team. This position requires expertise in various MRI procedures and excellent patient care skills. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Siemens equipment and proficiency in the Epic charting system.

Shift Details

• Schedule: Day shifts (5 days, 9.5-hour shifts) from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM; Weekend shifts (2 days, 12-hour shifts) from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM.
• On-Call Requirement: Yes, 1 night a week from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• Weekend Requirement: No.
• Floating Between Units: Not required.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI examinations ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment, specifically Siemens Magnetom Vida 3T and GE SIGNA HDE 1.5T.
• Accurately input patient information and examination data using the Epic charting system.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide high-quality patient care.
• Monitor patients during procedures and respond to their needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year in MRI technology; experience with Siemens equipment preferred.
• Certifications: ARRT MR certification required.
• Skills: Proficiency in MRI techniques including but not limited to Abdomen, Brain, and Peripheral Magnetic Resonance Angiography.
• Charting System: Epic experience is a must.
• Travel Experience: Required.

Patient Care Details

• Patient Age Groups: Adolescents, Infants, Adults, Pediatrics, and Geriatrics.
• Daily Census: Approximately 160 patients.
