FP&A Analyst / Internal Controls Specialist Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 + Target 20% Bonus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Newly created, high-visibility position working directly with the CFO as a strategic business partner. Opportunity to build an FP&A function, improve reporting, and help shape financial processes across a growing organization. Broad exposure to financial planning, analysis, internal controls, dashboards, and executive-level reporting. Key Responsibilities Perform monthly financial analysis, cash flow analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling to support strategic decision‑making. Develop standardized reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations while identifying trends and business insights. Support internal controls, bank reconciliation reviews, board reporting, and process improvement initiatives, including future consolidation software implementation. Partner with business leaders across multiple operating companies to improve reporting, analytics, and financial visibility. Assist with annual budgeting, quarterly board materials, and special projects focused on automation and reporting efficiencies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance. 4+ years of FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance experience; manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
