About the Position

TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Lancaster, South Carolina, 29720!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: Active state RN license or compact license required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS Must-Have: Travel experience required Description: Position/Specialty: Med/Surg/Telemetry RN. A virtual interview is required for all candidates. The nursing director will contact the candidate within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the profile to schedule the interview. The manager will accept 3x12 or 4x12 shifts on days. Patient ratios are approximately 1:6 to 1:7. Every other weekend is required. Floating between like units may be necessary to meet facility needs. Med/Surg experience is required; telemetry experience is preferred. Candidates must complete all assigned modules prior to the start date. Attendance at staff meetings is required. Candidates should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. All requests for time off must be included at the time of submission and will be subject to approval based on facility needs. If candidates have previous perm staff experience with the system, they must have been separated for one year before returning as a traveler. Candidates must possess a South Carolina RN license or have proof of application for a pending license. Candidates will not be cleared to report to the facility until the license is issued or active. Modules that must be completed prior to start should be done in a timely manner.
