Physician (MD/DO) for In-home Visits

We’re hiring physician (MD/DO) contractors to conduct In‑home Health Evaluations for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and certain commercial plan members. Responsibilities Conduct in‑home visits focusing on the person’s overall health and well‑being, identifying potential barriers to care. Perform a medication and medical history review, as well as a physical evaluation performed in the member’s home. Complete each assessment using a pre‑populated, patient‑specific form; do not prescribe medicine, order lab tests, or alter people’s current treatment regimen. Average 6‑9 visits daily, with a base rate of $100 per completed assessment. Compensation & Benefits Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week, with the potential to increase per‑visit rate up to 135% or 160% depending on working counties (Market Multiplier). Shifts available Monday‑Sunday; no nights or weekends required. Short‑term or long‑term basis; independent contractor (1099 status) with a flexible schedule. Airfare, hotel, and rental car available (depending on eligibility); malpractice coverage and availability incentives based on weekly availability. Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states. Qualifications Medical doctor (MD/DO) licensed in the state; state license required.
