Financial Analyst

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually Position Overview We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join a growing finance team. This role will support financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and data analysis to help drive informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to build upon their financial analysis experience in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze financial data and prepare reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives. Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Develop and maintain financial models and spreadsheets. Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights. Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes. Partner with cross-functional teams to gather data and evaluate financial performance. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through ongoing analysis. Assist with ad hoc financial projects and reporting requests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Minimum of one year of financial analysis experience, including internship experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Ability to communicate financial information clearly to various stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
