About This Role As an RN in the Ambulatory - Procedure unit at Cleveland Clinic, you will assist in delivering exceptional patient care in an ambulatory setting. Highlights Pay: $33.50 - $53.40/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Department/Unit: Ambulatory - Procedure Schedule: Full-time, Day shift What You'll Do Provide professional nursing care in an ambulatory setting. Assess health status, complete nursing assessments, perform telephone triage, and establish care plans. Administer medication and treatments. Initiate CPR and other emergency measures. Notify the physician and/or Licensed Independent Provider (LIP) of abnormal findings. Assist with specialized diagnostic procedures, therapeutic procedures, and specialized patient care equipment. Develop, evaluate, adapt, and document health education and provide it to patients and families. Cover other nursing roles within the department. Travel within the region to support physician clinics and surgical procedures, as needed. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, ADN or BSN program) Experience One year of recent experience as an RN OR LPN, Medical Assistant and/or other unlicensed clinical healthcare experience if applicant is a current Cleveland Clinic caregiver in an ambulatory setting transferring into an RN role. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through American Heart Association (AHA) Certification within six months of hire (if applicable) About Cleveland Clinic Cleveland Clinic is a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
