In this active position, you will work on a fast-paced production team to manufacture premium food products, operate basic processing machinery, pack and label finished goods, and stack heavy pallets for shipping. If you take pride in food safety, precision, and active teamwork, let's get you on the floor!


Description for Production Laborer:

• Work on a fast-paced team to manufacture and process premium, healthy food products.
• Operate basic industrial processing machinery and maintain steady packaging line flow.
• Pack finished goods, apply accurate inventory labels, and load heavy pallets for secure shipping.
• Strictly adhere to food safety protocols, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures (SSOPs), and facility guidelines daily.
• Utilize simple computer systems or basic Microsoft Office to record batch counts and logging data.
• Keep work bays, packing stations, and equipment clean, sanitized, and hazard-free.

Details for Production Laborer:

• Pay Rate: $20.00 / hour starting base wage.
• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (With occasional earlier morning starts).
• Location: Allyn, WA facility.
• Position Type: Full-Time, long-term regional opportunity.

Requirements for Production Laborer:

• Physical Capability: Must be able to lift 50-75 lbs consistently and perform physically demanding labor throughout the shift.
• Comfortable standing, bending, stooping, pulling, and working active shifts in an industrial plant environment.
• Basic computer data entry skills or light Microsoft Office experience preferred for batch logging.
• High commitment to personal hygiene, food safety standards, and team safety rules.
• Exceptional history of daily attendance, prompt punctuality, and reliable personal transportation habits.
