About the Role

We are seeking an organized and approachable Education Counselor & Client Services Coordinator to guide prospective students through educational opportunities and admissions processes while providing excellent client support.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students on institutions, programs, admission requirements, and application deadlines.

• Review students’ academic backgrounds and help identify suitable study options.

• Collect and review application documents for completeness and accuracy.

• Coordinate applications, interviews, and admission updates with institutions and partner agencies.

• Clearly explain published tuition, fees, and enrollment requirements.

• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person.

• Maintain accurate student records, application trackers, and follow-up schedules.

• Support recruitment campaigns, information sessions, and outreach activities.

• Prepare progress reports for the Operational Manager.

• Protect confidential student information and refer immigration or legal questions to qualified professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, communications, or a related field preferred.

• Experience in student counseling, admissions, customer service, or sales preferred.

• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and client-management systems.

• Ability to manage multiple applications and meet deadlines.

• English proficiency required; additional languages are an advantage.

Compensation and Schedule

Hourly compensation and working hours will be discussed during the interview. Employees are paid biweekly (every two weeks) .
