Every item we produce reflects our core values of quality and craftsmanship, in keeping with what Holland & Sherry started 180 years ago.Holland & Sherry is looking for a dynamic, ambitious, and career-motivated Showroom Manager to join our team in Seattle. Ideally, candidates should have three to five years of showroom experience, but we are also looking for applicants with a passion for textiles, interior design, and a profound interest in collaborating with designers to create extraordinary spaces.Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate and grow existing client relationships while proactively identifying and developing new business within the design industry, both in the showroom and through outside sales effortsMaintain/update target client lists, calendar of events, launches, client opportunities, and regional selling activitiesDefine and implement showroom goals, key performance indicators, and strategic objectivesPrepare activity and sales reportsEnsure accurate inventory management and showroom organizationMaintain compliance with company operational and accounting policiesWork closely with VP of Sales to increase education, activity, sales growth, and profitabilityReview figures monthly with executive team or VP of SalesCollaborate with internal teams including customer service and product managersCommunicate clearly and consistently with clients, vendors, and colleaguesLead by example and motivate team membersQualifications3–5 years of experience in showroom sales, interior design, or a related fieldStrong understanding of the interior design industry and trade relationshipsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skillsWhy Join Holland & SherryA rich heritage in textiles dating back to 1836A diverse and customizable product offering across multiple categoriesA collaborative, global team of knowledgeable and supportive professionalsStrong opportunities for career growth within a rapidly expanding companyCompetitive salary ($90,000 - $100,000) plus commission and incentive programsComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and potential stock opportunities
